Gender Equality

Exprivia considers it essential to establish itself as an ethical, safe, reliable and fair partner in the ICT field for all the reference stakeholders. To express the focus and the priority given to the commitment towards gender equality and to promote a fair and inclusive working environment, Exprivia adopted a Management System for Gender Equality, in compliance with UNI/PdR 125.

The integration of this system inside our company philosophy is part of a wider vision for sustainable development in line with UN Agenda 2030 goals concerning gender equality, women empowerment, reduction of inequalities both on a national and international level.

UNI/PdR 125 is a key instrument to fill the existing gaps, as well as incorporate the new gender equality paradigm in the companies DNA and produce a sustainable and lasting change, contributing in this way to realize a future where gender equality is a well-established reality.
