We inform you that your personal data will be processed by Exprivia S.p.A., with registered office in Via A. Olivetti, 11, Molfetta (BA), in the capacity of Data Controller.
Your data, including your email address, will be acquired directly from you through the completion of the form and processed in order to send you the information you have requested, including requests for documents published on the Exprivia website (for example, papers, white papers, reports) or to manage your requests to register for events organised by Exprivia (for example, webinars).
If you specifically consent, your data, therein including your email address, may also be used for promotional purposes in order to send you advertising material, sales communications, or to carry out direct sales activity or market research (direct marketing). Any failure to issue consent will have as the sole consequence the lack of transmission by us of advertising material, promotional brochures, invitations to workshops or other events. The lack of provision of consent for direct marketing purposes will not, however, affect in any way the processing of your request for information.
Your data are also processed to comply with legal obligations and where necessary for legal defence requirements or to fulfil the orders of Authorities.
Legal basis of processing
The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the pre-contractual purpose, by legal obligations, and by the legitimate interest constituted, in this case, by the purpose of defence (merely hypothetical) or for cyber security purposes and to process your request for information or your request to register for events organised by Exprivia. With respect to processing pursued for the legitimate interest, you may object for reasons connected to your particular situation. If you exercise the right to object, the Data Controller will refrain from processing your personal data further unless it can demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the assessment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Furthermore, another legal basis, with reference to processing for direct marketing purposes, is consent, which can always be revoked easily and free of charge using the email addresses indicated below. Any withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The processing of your personal data to fulfil your requests for information will not be transferred to third parties or to non-EU countries. On the other hand, the data may be transferred within the group if this is necessary to satisfy your request.
In the case of requests to participate in events organised by Exprivia, your data may be disclosed to third parties, invited by Exprivia as speakers, who will process them as independent data controllers.
Your data will not, in any case, be disseminated.
The data collected through this form will be retained for the period strictly necessary to process your request. If you consent to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes, your data, including your email address, may be used for up to two years, unless you exercise the right to object, which you may always invoke for the use for marketing purposes, or if you grant further consent. By virtue of the principle of accountability, the documentation recording the consent may, on the other hand, be retained for up to ten years for evidential purposes.
