RPA and Hyperautomation
Gartner has included Hyperautomation in its classification of "Top Strategic Technology Trends" list for 2022..
According to Gartner's own definition, Hyperautomation is "a disciplined, business-driven approach that organizations use to rapidly identify, control and automate as many business and IT processes as possible."
Exprivia and RPA
Thanks to partnership with leading companies for years in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) market, Exprivia proposes a set of solutions for Process Reengineering and integration between different systems through the automation of all those repetitive business processes and with low added value.
Exprivia's expertise and experience in process automation projects is confirmed by its thirty-year presence in the national and international IT market, which has allowed it to become an international group - present in Europe, America and Asia and now composed of over 1400 professionals - and a reference partner for companies in the development of automation solutions.
Thanks to Robotic Process Automation tools, Exprivia offers the customer different solutions which guarantee the analysis, re-engineering and automation of those business processes with the following characteristics:
- composed of activities with a high degree of dexterity;
- very repetitive, with high frequency and volumes;
- based on simple business rules, and not dependent on the free will of the operator;
- with a low rate of exceptions;
- with digital, readable and standard input.
In the case of non-standard inputs, RPA combines with Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions and evolves from Automation to Hyperautomation, allowing to semantic and syntactic interpretation of the text and consequently data extraction.
The solutions
Profiling of litigation practices
The solution provided by Exprivia allows the automation of the practices profiling process, i.e. the Data Entry of a series of information extracted from the citation documents.
In addition to the "classic" Automation Design tools, a Machine Learning module of Named Entity Recognition is used: it is properly instructed and trailed, in order to extract the metadata needed for the data Entry.
The developed bot exploits the potential of the NLP for data extraction first, and then it proceeds with data insertion on a web application.
The completeness of the solution, its continuous development in order to improve processes and to measure values make this proposition unique on the market.
The direction towards which the market is moving is that of Hyperautomation, which wants to combine RPA with selected advanced technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Process Mining, in order to further expand the possibilities of automation for organizations.
In particular, the potential of a robot is multiplied if RPA is combined with the capabilities of artificial intelligence, such as AI Computer Vision or Intelligent Optical Character (OCR).
