Born in Matera on 15 October 1962. Classical High School diploma. Diploma in Control and Internal Audit from A.I.I.A. Diploma in Risk Management for control functions, from A.I.I.A.

In 1990 with other partners she founded the IT services company Abaco which over the years became Exprivia SpA, today listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Abaco Innovazione SpA, holding company of Gruppo Exprivia.

At Exprivia SpA she has held various positions in Management and Finance, and she is presently in charge of the Active Cycle and Project Controlling unit.

She is also manager of the Internal Audit department.
