Donato Dalbis was born in Bari in 1973. Married with two sons, he graduated with honours in IT in 1997 and in 2003 earned a Master’s in Business Administration at MIP Milan Polytechnic University.

In 1998, he carried out scientific research in the field of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bari.

In 1999, he was one of the founding members of Abaco Innovation SpA, a holding company of Exprivia SpA, where he was responsible for corporate affairs.

From 1999 to 2006, he worked at Exprivia in various technical roles of increasing responsibility.

From 2007 to 2011, he was Executive Assistant to the CEO and oversaw all extraordinary operations of external growth.

Financial Director of Exprivia since 2012; in 2017 he handled the issue of a bond for Euro 23 million, used to finance the acquisition of Italtel.

In the 2016-2017 two-year period, he served in the role of General Manager of ACS Srl, a company specialising in the production of software for the aerospace sector which was acquired by Exprivia in 2016.

Since 2022, he has held the role of Chief Financial Officer, as well as Executive Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounts for the Exprivia Group.

In 2022, he achieved CFO Intertek/Accredia UNI Pdr 104:2021 certification.
