The 2019 for Blockchain & Distributed Ledger technologies was characterized by the consolidation of numerous projects started in previous years by companies and by improved platform performance. There were some most radical innovations both at the technological level, with Ethereum 2.0, and at the level of new player, with the entry of Facebook with Libra. Finally, public institutions have also begun to invest decisively in this technology. This global awareness has led to the entry of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger - the Internet of Value - among the leading technologies of the coming years.
