Effectiveness and efficiency in supplying after-sales services today demand excellence in organization, processes and information systems. The event was been an opportunity to present several success stories of leading companies and the experience of experts in the sector. Exprivia was been on hand with a speech presented by Felice Vitulano entitled, "The qualifying technologies for automating service processes", and two speeches focused on Exprivia success stories.
