Exprivia with reference to what has already been communicated on January 22, and subsequently on January 31, informs that the shareholders' meeting of the subsidiary Italtel S.p.A., held today on second call, in the light of the state of the discussions with lending banks, has resolved to update the shareholders’ meeting, called for measures pursuant to art. 2447 of the Codice Civile, to a new date to be fixed no later than April 30.
