Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - announces that the grant of bonuses for the 2018 Performance Bonus has been closed today.

The total amount granted amounts to approximately 500 thousand euro. Part of the amount was paid in treasury shares held by the Company for a total of n. 29,992 shares distributed.
