Anti Bribery y Legality Rating

Exprivia has achieved ISO 37001 anti-corruption certification, an international standard for anti-corruption management systems, which contributes to the development of an ethical culture in businesses. By obtaining anti-corruption certification, Exprivia's willingness to operate according to principles of transparency, in accordance with the current regulatory framework, is recognised.

The certification acknowledges Exprivia's organisational and developmental model, which is based on a culture of legality and constant actions to improve business processes.

In 2025, the Italian Competition and Market Authority once again awarded Exprivia SpA its “Legality Rating” with the maximum score of 3 stars (★★★). This tool, established by Decree-Law No. 1/2012, recognizes our company's introduction of ethical principles into corporate behavior, giving us the opportunity to enjoy benefits in accessing resources and opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
The Rating, already obtained by Exprivia with 'AGCM' provision of 04/08/2022, was renewed at the end of the two-year period. The confirmation of the legality rating with a maximum score attests to Exprivia's compliance with high standards of legality and the existence of transparent, ethical, and virtuous corporate management.
