Exprivia Solution

The implementation project completed in just 8 months, managed by Exprivia, aimed to improve operational efficiency through the standardization of processes and better integration between departments. Thanks to SAP S/4HANA, Sita Sud was able to automate manual and redundant tasks, speeding up information flows and improving internal communication.

A central aspect of the transformation was the introduction of the electronic invoicing dashboard, which simplified the management of invoices, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation. The SAP Activate methodology, adopted by Exprivia, and continuous training for Sita Sud staff, ensured a rapid and smooth adoption of the new system.
Migrating data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, performed according to SAP best practices, allowed existing information to be seamlessly integrated, ensuring business continuity throughout the transition phase.

Results

Thanks to this project, Sita Sud will be able to improve its efficiency, reducing costs and increasing its ability to adapt quickly to market changes. The robust and scalable technology infrastructure offered by SAP S/4HANA will enable the company to face future challenges with greater agility and innovation.
