Exprivia has been certified among the Best HR Teams 2025, an annual award promoted by HRC Community, the largest HR Community of national and international companies that every day involves and builds relationships with thousands of managers and rewards Italian and multinational companies for the best practices in the HR field.
At the fourth edition of the Certification, 64 companies were awarded for the excellence of their marketing strategies well-being, inclusion, enhancement of people and development of talent. The selected projects demonstrate how companies are going beyond traditional economic benefits, aiming for an integrated approach that combines welfare, diversity, engagement and cultural innovation.
We participated with projects in line with these values, contributing to the growth of human potential and the creation of an inclusive, innovative work environment oriented towards the well-being of employees. Obtaining the certification testifies to the concrete commitment of our HR team in promoting professional development paths, enhancement of skills and initiatives dedicated to the quality of life of all of us.
