The project carried out with AVR is a RISE with SAP, which uses the vertical SAP Industry Solution Waste Management solution to manage the entire waste cycle, starting from collection to disposal. The focus was on both the RISE with SAP aspect, through the use of Private Cloud, and environmental sustainability, with a focus on waste management. In order to successfully implement all the streams planned for the implementation of RISE with SAP, it was necessary to reorganize the existing infrastructure, which was based on a central ERP system and several customized products, and to harmonize the entire business application architecture. This project also has an international dimension, as it will also involve the subsidiary in Poland.
