Head of Finance, Control & Administration

Born in Bari in 1973, married with two children, he graduated with honors in Computer Science in 1997 and in 2003 obtained a master's degree in Business Administration at MIP in Milan.

In 1998 he carried out scientific research in the field of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bari.

In 1999 he was one of the founding partners of Abaco Innovazione SpA, the holding company controlling Exprivia SpA, of which he takes care of corporate affairs.

From 1999 to 2006 he held technical roles of increasing responsibility at Exprivia.

From 2007 to 2011, as Executive Assistant to the CEO, he followed all extraordinary external growth operations.

Since 2012 Financial Director of Exprivia; in 2017 he oversaw the issue of the bond loan of 23 million euros with which the acquisition of Italtel was financed.

In the two-year period 2016-2017 he held the role of General Manager of ACS Srl, an industry specialized in the production of software for the Space sector, acquired by Exprivia in 2016.

Since 2022 he has held the role of Chief Financial Officer as well as Manager in charge of preparing the accounting documents of the Exprivia Group.

In 2022 he obtained the CFO Intertek/Accredia UNI Pdr 104:2021 certification; in 2024 he received the special CFO Award, conferred by Andaf, Accuracy and Borsa Italiana.
