Non-executive director of the Board of Directors

Born in Matera on 15 October 1962. Classical school-leaving certificate. Diploma in Control and Internal Audit awarded by A.I.I.A.. Diploma in Risk Management for control functions awarded by A.I.I.A.

In 1990, together with other partners, she founded the IT services company Abaco, which over time became Exprivia SpA, now listed on the Euronext Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

She is currently a member of the board of directors of Abaco Innovazione SpA, the holding company controlling the Exprivia Group.

At Exprivia, she has held various roles within the Administration and Finance Department and is currently head of the Internal Audit function.
