ITALY IN CLASS A is a national campaign promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by the ENEA National Agency for Energy Efficiency aimed at promoting a more conscious and efficient use of energy and providing the tools and opportunities to accelerate the energy transition process in our country. With Legislative Decree 102/2014, issued in implementation of Directive 2012/27/EU, the Italian Government has established a framework of measures for the promotion and improvement of energy efficiency that contribute to the achievement of the national energy saving target set for 2020 (reduction of primary energy consumption by 20 million tonnes of oil equivalent (Mtoe) per year, equal to 15.5 Mtoe of final energy). In particular, the aforementioned decree attributes a specific role to communication and training, which are essential to stimulate the energy efficiency market.
The Exprivia Group has been selected as Opinion Leader for the ITALIA IN CLASSE A project, given the important role it plays in Italy. Environmental and Energy Management System

GHG Gas Reduction (Green House Gases)

The reduction of greenhouse gases requires suitable tools to quantify and verify the calculation and reporting of emissions. The ISO 14064 standard outlines a working methodology based on a scientific and systematic approach to reporting and monitoring greenhouse gases.
The ISO 14064 standard aims to bring credibility and guarantee to the reporting and monitoring processes of greenhouse gases with reference to the GHG emission declaration formulated by Exprivia.
