Head of Human Resource

He graduated in Law from the State University of Milan in 1993 and a master's degree in Human Resources Management in 1996.

He began his experience first working in the Personnel Department of leading industrial groups in the province of Bergamo and then, after an experience as Head Hunter in the ICT market, he held both functional roles in the field of selection and training, and managerial roles in the HR departments of some of the most important multinational companies in the IT sector including Compaq, HP, EMC2 and finally Dell Technologies.

He deals with "Professional Coaching", of which he has obtained the ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification and with psychological type identification systems (MBTI) of which he is a certified "practitioner".
