The concept of corporate network was born as a private service computer network, but in the most modern sense it can be understood as the system of information and services of general utility accessible by all business bodies, going beyond the merely technological aspects to become an important tool for governing business mechanisms. The Exprivia project for the new ANAS intranet system is based on a webmagazine concept: the new Intranet is designed to be usable, light, interesting and useful, almost the newspaper that all employees read in the morning to find out about the company, retrieve information relating to their relationship with Anas, and access work tools.

Interface
The project sees an interface structured on 2 logical levels. The first level is organized like the first page of a magazine, with the main information and an organization that follows a chronological flow. The second level is that relating to the two possible interactions with the Company: professional or employee. “Tools” for the professional and “Services” for the employee will therefore be offered.

The pages
Intranet pages follow two parallel types. The first model follows the concept of “archive” for linear content (e.g. Service Orders) where there is a need for a repository of files ordered by time with the possibility of searching through different “filters” depending on the type of content. The second model follows a “News” model concept for information enriched with images or downloads. Tags allow you to quickly compose pages.

Phone book
The “telephone book” page is actually a complete company organizational chart, which presents the information relating to the employee sought (with any homonymous names listed) accompanied by photos, role in the company, name of the direct manager and any collaborators, with address links to these figures.

The CMS
The Content Management System of the Intranet is structured with different levels of authorization that include the Administrator, who has total control over the intranet area, the Publisher, who creates content and authorizes its publication by others, the Editor, who creates and authorizes only some pages, and the Author, who creates content but cannot publish it.
