Through eLifeCare it is also possible to plan and coordinate nursing and home care activities remotely, in a simple way, and provide them specifically according to the patient’s pathological needs by integrating the Individual Care Plans, drawn up by the Local Health Authorities or by the referring doctor. After authentication to the system, the home assistant or provider can view the schedules assigned to him or her and effectively carry out home care practices by consulting the patient’s services, acquiring and sending the values through the eLifecare App and connected devices.
