Otro objetivo comercial era presentar las ofertas de energ\u00eda y gas de la empresa y las ventajas del programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n deben superarse algunos problemas cr\u00edticos relacionados con la importancia de la valoraci\u00f3n mostrada en las tiendas digitales, la gesti\u00f3n de comentarios negativos y la recuperaci\u00f3n de la confianza de los usuarios que han sufrido fallos.
