The activities will take place at various locations, including Telespazio in Rome, the Italian Aerospace Research Center &#8211; CIRA in Capua and the Grottaglie airport in the province of Taranto. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.3; font-size: 1.5em;\">Exprivia Solution<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.2; font-size: 1.3em;\">The AURORA Project for the development of urban air mobility<\/h3>\n<p>The activity of the <strong>AURORA project<\/strong> involves the development and validation of new technologies and services for <strong>advanced urban air mobility applications<\/strong> such as:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>future<strong> urban air transport<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the delivery of drugs, biomedical products and goods to remote areas;<\/li>\n<li>support to emergency management authorities;<\/li>\n<li>air support services for police in urban and suburban areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The design and development activities will be concentrated at Telespazio&#8217;s GLASS Lab, then validated in the CIRA laboratories, while field tests will be conducted at the Aerospace Technology District &#8211; Grottaglie Airport Test Bed &#8211; DTA-GATB.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exprivia <\/strong>continues its research activity in the <strong>UAM mobility<\/strong> sector by combining innovation and sustainability, developing solutions aimed at <strong>improving the quality of life in urban areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.2; font-size: 1.3em;\">Exprivia&#8217;s EMS Experiment Monitoring Station<\/h3>\n<p>In the <strong>AURORA project<\/strong>, <strong>Exprivia <\/strong>will build the <strong>EMS Experiment Monitoring Station<\/strong> subsystem, whose main functionalities are <strong>real-time mission monitoring<\/strong> and <strong>debriefing sessions<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>In carrying out the main functions, the <strong>EMS system<\/strong> will process in real time the data coming from the Ground Control Station via MAVLINK Link, from the GNNS Flying Box and RFS (Radio Frequency System) systems. It will also create an <strong>experiment cataloguing system for the analysis of results<\/strong>, will allow urban<strong> flight plans to be managed<\/strong> <strong> <\/strong>to verify experimental data with planned data, will implement an <strong>authentication mechanism based on roles and profile profiles<\/strong> and will guarantee high performance and security levels. <\/p>\n<p>Finally, the <strong>EMS Experiment Monitoring Station<\/strong> will be equipped with a WEB-based application with modern and user-friendly functions, will present mission data on <strong>2D\/3D cartographic layers<\/strong> and will allow the operator to add additional layers to better contextualize <strong>urban flight experimentation<\/strong> operations.<\/p>\n<p>The experiment monitoring station will allow the operator to perform a <strong>replay session<\/strong> by retrieving all the data stored in a timed manner for the required period: multiple simultaneous debriefing sessions are possible to ensure multi-user analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Exprivia Experiment Monitoring Station<\/strong> will be a fundamental asset for the development of the Grottaglie Test Bed.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"text-align:center;\"><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-default fusion-button-default button-1 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.quotidiano.net\/economia\/industria-aerospaziale-progetto-aurora-24b9b3b9\"><span class=\"fusion-button-text awb-button__text awb-button__text--default\">ARTICLE ON QUOTIDIANO.NET<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AURORA Project: the Experiment Monitoring Station platform for Urban Air Mobility<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":8493,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"content-type":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[134],"tags":[140,142],"class_list":["post-8490","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-case-history","tag-aerospace-defense-telco","tag-data-management"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.7 (Yoast SEO v27.7) -
