Requirement<\/h2>\n

The DARE project aims to create a synergistic research network among universities, hospitals, and companies to develop and validate innovative digital health solutions, leveraging new technologies and data analysis to promote health and prevention throughout the entire lifespan (Digital Lifelong Prevention<\/em>). It is a public-private partnership aimed at studying, coordinating, and implementing innovativedigital<\/em> health solutions in Italy with a specific focus on primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention: from mitigating health risks to monitoring disease.<\/p>\n

Project abstract<\/h2>\n

The project follows a hub-and-spoke organizational model\u2014that is, a central hub<\/strong> and three interconnected spokes<\/strong>, each with a different focus, all working toward the project\u2019s main objectives:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Hub<\/strong>: DARE Foundation<\/li>\n
  • Spoke 1<\/strong> (Factors and Technologies that Promote Digital Prevention)<\/strong>: The goal is to provide support to the other two spokes in terms of technological development, infrastructure, and enabling factors\u2014such as legal and ethical considerations, health technology assessment, and clinical and industrial application, among others. In this context, Exprivia<\/strong> acts as an industrial partner, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative technologies and solutions for data management and analysis, in support of research activities and pilot projects dedicated to digital prevention.<\/li>\n
  • Spoke 2<\/strong> (Digital Primary Prevention at the Community Level): The goal is to develop an advanced and versatile surveillance system to prevent various diseases\u2014such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, communicable diseases, and developmental disorders\u2014at the community level, as well as to improve preparedness for emergencies or environmental disasters.<\/li>\n
  • Spoke 3<\/strong> (Secondary and Tertiary Prevention Supported by Digital Technology)<\/strong>: focuses on implementing digital solutions for secondary prevention (reducing the impact of a disease or injury that has already occurred) and tertiary prevention (mitigating the impact of ongoing diseases or injuries with long-term effects) for individuals of all ages. Exprivia\u2019s<\/strong> technological contribution focuses on innovative care and monitoring pathways in the healthcare sector, with a particular emphasis on secondary and tertiary prevention, disease monitoring, and the mitigation of health risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
