Requirement<\/h2>\n

Optimize the recruitment process through an HR Intelligence solution that integrates no-code BPM workflow engines and AI agents to identify the best talent in an increasingly competitive work landscape.<\/p>\n

Project abstract<\/h2>\n

The SMART project was born from the need to optimize the personnel selection process, where time and quality of recruitment are key factors in identifying and hiring the best talents on the labor market.<\/p>\n

Currently, the evaluation of candidates is done manually, based on the recruiter’s experience and for an individual job position. The current approach is slow, challenging, and can lead to bias and inaccuracies in final assessments. Furthermore, it does not allow the candidate’s suitability to be assessed across multiple positions. As a result, it carries a high risk of incorrect evaluations, as well as the possibility of incurring false positives and false negatives.
\nAdded to this is the use of multiple software tools, which hinder the sharing and tracking of information between Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates. <\/p>\n

The SMART platform integrates a no-code BPM (Business Process Management) solution for the digital modeling and execution of the entire recruitment process, orchestrating HR actors’ activities and interactions. Unlike vertical solutions, SMART guarantees flexibility and full integration with the existing organizational context.<\/p>\n

A multi-agent system based on AI agents HR allows the rapid and simultaneous evaluation of candidates in the Screening, Job-Matching and Ranking phases.
\nThe analysis of a candidate considers not only the content expressed by the CV such as skills, work and academic experience, but also additional information such as the LinkedIn professional profile, public information available online, certifications and certificates, hard skills and soft skills validated through pre-questionnaires and interviews. All this, compared with the ideal profile expressed in the job position in a fair and impartial way. <\/p>\n

HR agents operate according to a symbiotic human-AI approach, providing suggestions, feedback and explainability of results to support Recruiters’ decisions. In this way, humans and AI work side by side and both parties learn and adapt to each other. <\/p>\n
