In fact, Exprivia has carried out activities not only in the field of analysis and technological integration, but also in the training and change management of the resources already present in the company. <\/p>\n<p>The path led the team to the definition of company standards and guidelines for the management of relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, also following an activity of redefinition of corporate roles and processes. An important part of the project concerned the identification of tools based on the use of the BIM methodology most suitable for the needs of the Energy &#038; Utilities sector, the analysis of the tools currently in use and finally the integration of all systems. <\/p>\n<p>The key points of the project were the use of OpenBIM technologies and protocols, in order to allow maximum interoperability within the working groups, and the centralization of all data, eliminating the information silos generated over time.<\/p>\n<p>The iterative process behind the project made it possible to optimize the team&#8217;s activities, thanks to the continuous feedback of the actors involved. The BIM competence center includes resources acquired and trained as part of the Exprivia BIM Academy.<br \/>\nExprivia is a member of the international association BuildingSmart, responsible for the standardization of the BIM methodology at a global level, and actively participates in various working groups, including the one on BIM &#038;
