In 2009 the company launched a call for tenders for a digitized radiology, cardiology and diagnostic imaging system extended to all the providing facilities, integrated with the RIS\/CIS systems and with the Company Information System. <\/p>\n<p>Exprivia participates by proposing its PACS solution: since 2011 the ASL Asti &#8211; Exprivia combination has been consolidated to mutual satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.2; font-size: 1.3em;\">Race to efficiency<\/h3>\n<p>The tender specifications imposed many delicate objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reduce the time of booking and delivery of reports;<\/li>\n<li>allow complete traceability of the process;<\/li>\n<li>integrate the RIS\/CIS PACS system with the pre-existing system;<\/li>\n<li>ensure business continuity and Disaster Recovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exprivia has responded to the needs of the structure by adding a series of distinctive and improved elements, based on its e4cure suite, fully integrated with the Company Information System. The PACS system now integrates all radiological diagnostics and extends archiving to cardiac imaging and ECGs. Further economies of scale have also been applied with the rationalization of archives and the consequent reduction of physical spaces dedicated to storage. The ASL AT, by awarding the entire supply to a single interlocutor, streamlined relations with the suppliers involved in the entire design. Furthermore, the use of on-site staff makes it possible to intervene in real time on daily needs, guaranteeing timely Exprivia assistance in highly complex problems.    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.3; font-size: 1.5em;\">Exprivia Solution<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.2; font-size: 1.3em;\">The e4cure solution<\/h3>\n<p>The ASL AT today uses 6 e4cure components declined in different application functions: eRIS, for the management of the radiology workflow; eVisit, software for clinical reporting and documentation; eArchive, PACS archiving system integrated with the eRIS module; eArchive Delivery, dedicated to CD delivery; MedStation, a radiological and cardiological image reporting tool; eCDImport, which allows you to import previous patient tests from anywhere in the facility.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.3; font-size: 1.5em;\">Results<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 1.2; font-size: 1.3em;\">The challenge of transition<\/h3>\n<p>Thanks to careful planning, the blackout between the shutdown of the old system and the activation of the new Exprivia system was just two hours. More than 4 years have passed since then, and the RIS-CIS-PACS of Exprivia supports the Asti ASL in an extremely efficient way; the extension of the ECG path to the Emergency Department and to the cardiology and electrophysiology wards is envisaged, integrating it with the wireless technology of the devices in the ED and the identification of the patient through the use of the bracelet. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To great requests, important answers.
