Exprivia wins 2019 Welfare Award for best Wellfeel plan

The company wins one of the 20 prizes awarded by Easy Welfare from a field of over 700 businesses

Exprivia, the international company specialised in Information and Communication Technology (parent company of the Exprivia|Italtel Group), has won the 2019 Welfare Award for the best Wellfeel plan, having made welfare an all-round concept that includes flexibility of working hours, life-work balance and smart working.

This award for leading Italian businesses in the welfare and corporate wellbeing field was promoted by Easy Welfare, Italian leader in the management and supply of corporate welfare services. The selection of the 20 sections of the prize for the 2019 edition involved over 700 companies.

Wellfeel is a term that combines corporate wellbeing and company welfare and means “feeling good at work”. The measures adopted by Exprivia that helped it secure the prize include increased flexibility in terms of starting and finishing times and longer lunch breaks to help reconcile professional commitments with personal needs, as well as the performance bonus, the improved remuneration for transfers and the smart working initiatives already introduced.

“The Welfare Award is an important acknowledgment and in 2018 Exprivia implemented a broad-reaching welfare plan. But corporate wellbeing is not just welfare, it is made up of lots of dimensions and we wanted to touch on all of them: from the platform for company benefits through to smart working”, commented Maurizio Sacchi, HR Manager of the Exprivia|Italtel Group.

In the last few days Exprivia has communicated that, once they have met the 2018 goals outlined in the agreement for the second-level addendum contract, employees will be able to choose whether to receive their performance bonus in cash or in the form of welfare services or stock grants.
