2. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
Personal data are processed using automated tools (eg using procedures and electronic supports) and / or manually (eg on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and, in any case, in compliance with the current regulatory provisions. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
No automated decision-making and no form of profiling will be applied to the data collected.
After this deadline, the data will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form, unless their further conservation is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or to comply with orders issued by public authorities.

6. DATA RECIPIENTS
For the pursuit of the purposes described, or in the event that this is indispensable or required by provisions of law or by authorities with the power to impose it, the Data Holder reserves the right to communicate data to recipients belonging to the following categories:
- the Data Protection Officer, to respond to the privacy claims of the data subjects and for any further eventuality that falls within its duties, as indicated in the art. 39 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation;
- supervisory authorities and, in general, public or private subjects, with functions of public relevance (eg: Prefecture, Police Headquarters, Judicial Authorities, in any case only within the limits in which the conditions established by applicable law are met);
- other companies, controlling companies, subsidiaries or associates, pursuant to art. 2359 civil code;
- professional firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- subjects that carry out checks, audits and certification of the activities carried out by the Holders.
7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The "interested parties", ie the natural persons to whom the data refer, have the right, at any time, to access the information concerning them and request the updating, rectification and integration, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking, the limitation of processing and the portability of data, as well as to oppose in any case in whole or in part to the processing, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016 / 679.
Furthermore, if the data processing is based on consent, the interested party may revoke it at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect previous treatments. Please note that the interested party can always oppose the treatment for promotional purposes.
The portability consists in the right of the interested party to receive, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data provided to the Data Holders, as well as their transmission to another data controller, at any time, also to the termination of the relationships eventually entertained with the Holders.
The processing of personal data carried out for IT security purposes or for defensive purposes are among the treatments for the legitimate interest of the Holder, in this case the interested party can only oppose for reasons related to his particular situation that the Data Holder will assess without prejudice execution of the defensive purposes.
For any information regarding the processing of data, as well as for the exercise of the rights referred to in articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, users can send an e-mail to the DPO addresses indicated above.
In addition, the data subjects have the right to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to another authority to propose a complaint about the processing of their personal data.
