Daniele Gadaleta was born in Bari in 1975. Married with two sons, he graduated in Electronics Engineering in 1999 at Politecnico di Bari.

In 1999, he was one of the founding members of Abaco Innovation SpA, a holding company of Exprivia SpA.

From 1999 to 2009, he worked at Exprivia in various technical roles of increasing responsibility.

From 2009 to 2019, he was in charge of developing and coordinating the production and operation of the Utilities Business Unit with more than 100 people managed.

In 2019, he assumed the coordination of the business development for the abroad company of the group.

In 2020 he entered the board of Exprivia SLU, Exprivia Mexico and Abaco Innovazione and assumed the responsibility of abroad sales and operations.
