Regional and territorial healthcare IT system

Exprivia has developed a regional and territorial IT system for the complete computerisation of the entire regional health system, from the details of the patients to the management of the relationships with fixed subjects (doctors, accredited facilities, pharmacies), to the management of organic plants, the monitoring of accounts and managerial control via a business intelligence system.
In the case of the Apulian Region, the system is installed and used in all the Local Health Authorities and more than 4 million patients are managed.
In the context of healthcare for the territory, Exprivia has information systems dedicated to primary assistance and to the creation of a network of general practitioners and information solutions to connect all the main players in the regional healthcare system (accredited public and private health facilities) for the provision of online services to citizens.

 

Hospital IT system

The Aurora Hospital Information System created and distributed by Exprivia manages the entire clinical/healthcare process for patients at healthcare facilities (admission, therapy at departments, management of medical records, first aid, operating rooms) and outpatients.
The range at hospital and territorial level is complemented by several solutions and services available for booking systems via CUP.

 

IT radiology system and handling clinical image

Exprivia offers a proprietary suite for diagnostic imaging comprising RIS and PACS solutions for radiology, endoscopy, gynaecology, obstetrics and cardiology services (Dicomware, Medstation, eVisit - Medical Device CE93/42).
In the telemedicine service segment Exprivia has developed inter-company teleconsultation systems for remote consultation, support to diagnostic processes and sharing of clinical and diagnostic information.

 

Voice recognition system

Using powerful speech recognition technologies Exprivia, through the subsidiary GST, proposes voice recognition solutions to the market.
Medical reporting support, dictation of documents, Data Entry from speakerphone and Voice Portals are only a few of the topics based on which a technological ability has been developed that can be applied to the most widespread speech recognition engines in any language.

This has resulted in the development of a proprietary platform called DeepKnowledge for the provision of specialist services for the treatment of non-structured sources supporting Content and Document Management projects and vertical Intelligence solutions in order to optimise the business processes, devoting special care to the valorisation of the corporate know-how.

 

Let’s Care

Let’s Care is the solution devised by Exprivia for the remote management and monitoring of IT infrastructures that guarantees towards customers the availability of the infrastructure and performance levels that are in line with business requirements.
The solution is developed on open source software in compliance with ITIL standards and CNIPA guidelines and is based on frameworks to create peer-to-peer distributed applications with the intelligent agent paradigm.

 

Pay4Any

The Pay4Any solution is a software platform that offers sophisticated payment services, thus providing a virtual account that is similar to an electronic wallet and can be fed by credit card or wire transfer while allowing for payments to be made also outside the proprietary circuit of the Bank.
This innovative platform was created in response to customers needing to receive from their Bank all the mobile payment services (“Anything”) they require, thus avoiding having to open more accounts with different institutions. This was combined with the spreading of multi-channel payment solutions offering “Anytime” and “Anywhere” services to make secure payments in real time or to transfer money to Anyone.
These needs suggest the assessment of Mobile Payment solutions in different market segments such as GDO, Fuels, Pay-Tv, Parking, Transport, and Entertainment, supporting possible loyalty policies (fidelity card), managing not just micro payments and going beyond agreed circuits.
The Pay4Any solution provides sophisticated payment services to customers, regardless of the network carrier in a way to fully integrate the back-office of the Bank. At the same time this is a Mobile Remote Payment, Mobile Proximity Payment and Mobile Money solution that effectively implements the Mobile Commerce.
