This disclosure describes the methods of management of only Exprivia S.p.A.’s official website and not of the other external websites that users can reach via links. Additional information may be provided in specific sections.
The processing of personal data in relation to the "Newsletter" section is regulated by a specific disclosure.
Site access does not require the user/visitor to enter any personal data.
1. Type of data processed and purposes of processing
1.1. Processing objective
The personal data of users/visitors is processed for the sole purpose of allowing users to browse the website. The personal data of users may also be used to fulfil legal obligations.
1.2. Data supplied voluntarily by the user
The voluntary and explicit transmission of e-mail to the addresses indicated in the different channels for accessing this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the address and the data of the sender/user, needed to respond to the requests generated, as well as any other personal data inserted by the latter. The personal data supplied by users will only be communicated to authorised third parties where the communication is necessary for fulfilling the requests of said users.
However, the aforementioned processing is targeted exclusively at fulfilling the request sent and will be based on the principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of privacy according to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03.

4. Data controller, data supervisors and persons in charge of processing
The data controller of the personal data relating to identified or identifiable persons who have consulted this site, is Exprivia S.p.A. with registered office in via A. Olivetti, 11- Molfetta (BA).
Processing connected with the web services of this site is handled exclusively by technical personnel in charge of processing and will not be circulated.
5. Communication and/or dissemination of data
Unless stated in point 1.2, the personal data provided by the user will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated.
6. Rights of data subjects
The “data subjects”, i.e. the natural persons to whom the data refer, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of said data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating or correction in accordance with art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. Pursuant to said article, the data subjects are also entitled to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data that concerns them, processed in violation of the law, and, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
